Technicians will perform a cable rollout for a major retailer which requires extensive cabling knowledge and how to terminate and test. Will have to run 2 data cables and 1 voice cable in every store. Will have to follow a rollout guide which requires the techs to call into a centralized operations center at certain points through the day. This project is 100% travel. Will require techs to be on the road for weeks at a time. The job is a mix of cable pulls/termination, photo kiosk software updates & pinpad/payment terminal mounting. To be successful on the job you need to show up with the following tools/materials: cordless drill drill bits screw drivers wire cutters wire strippers for Cat5/6 cable 110 style punch tool wire tape/snake duct tape scissors USB thumb drive (128MB or larger) toner line tester label maker cell phone with camera or digital camera + laptop with ability to send e-mails cable push rods (if you don't have one you don't have to buy one) butt set (if you don't have one you don't
