General Responsibilities: Focused on the research, development, and application of plasma transport and plasma modeling capabilities. Involves theoretical model development and implementation within production software tools, development of novel algorithms, code infrastructure development, and application of these tools Involves close teaming with other model developers, software developers, analysts, experimentalists, and product designers Success depends upon ability to understand the underlying physical phenomena and translate that understanding into predictive modeling and simulation capabilities in the context of solving real-world problems. Job Requirements: A Ph.D. in engineering, physics, mathematics, or related scientific field
