Title Manager, Business Development Description HCR Manor Care provides a range of services, including skilled nursing care, assisted living, post-acute medical and rehabilitation care, hospice care, home health care and rehabilitation therapy.The Manager of Business Development is responsible for leading the sales team in attainment of overall and individual sales objectives. Collaborates with Regional Director of Operations, Administrator and Corporate Director of Market Development to stay abreast of all corporate and regionalsales/marketing programs, to develop and implement local sales plans and to coordinate with operational and clinical leadership to ensure extraordinary customer service and fulfill Heartland promises.
