The team also ensures compliance with OSHA, EPA, and any other federal, state, or local regulatory requirements. The General Manager reports directly to the Travel Plaza District Manager. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Monitors and exemplifies customer service to ensure Flying J excellence in service is met, as customer service is our number-one priority Trains and supervises Sales Associates. Prepares Sales Associate staff shift schedules.
