Experienced Banquet Server Work with some of Albuquerques top venues! Banquet Servers needed to work large event on August 23rd. Contact us for more information on this exciting opportunity! Job Duties will include the following: Serve menu items to guests in a prompt and courteous manner and according to the banquet event order Time the service of courses to correspond with the dining pace of the guests Perform pre- and pos-shift side work including: set-up, condiments etc. Clear tables after service Perform other duties as assigned which may include assisting with set up and break down of function space, and plating of meals. Job Requirements for this position will include the following: Qualifications include food service experience with general knowledge of banquet operations. Must have at least 1 year of serving experience. Alcohol awareness certification and/or food service permit or valid health/food handler cards as required by local or state government agency.
