The technical writers will serve on a team of technical writers that develop and publishe online documentation, corporate requirements, policies, procedures, checklists, tools, reports, and other controlled documents, as well as user-friendly web sites and marketing materials. The technical writer creates and updates documents using specified formats and gathers information from various sources, such as facilitated user sessions, interviews, reports, requirements documents, independent research, and author drafts. We are seeking an individual with knowledge and experience in the methods and technologies of writing and producing documentation for the Internet, as well as proficiency in the MS Office Suite, Adobe, and other web-related software such as Dreamweaver.
